Micro MV Product Line

Micro MV 100

The Micro MV is a 32-Bit, Dual Meter Run, Custody Flow Computer for Liquid, Industrial Gas, and Natural Gas Applications featuring: Three Frequency Channels, Four Analog Inputs, One Analog Output, Four Digital I/O’s, One RS-232 Port, Two RS-485 Ports, One Printer Output, and a Rosemount Multivariable Transmitter. An Input or Output Expansion Module is also available.​

Several Flow Computers are available for Liquid, Industrial Gas, and Natural Gas.

Micro MVA (Gas & Liquid)

The Micro MVA is a 32-bit, dual meter run, custody flow computer used for measuring a large selection of industrial and natural gases.

Dual streams with independent products can be measured, as well as a single stream-width up to two (2) meter runs.

Micro MVL (Liquid)

The Micro MVL is a 32-bit, bi-directional, dual meter run, custody flow computer used for measuring a large selection of liquids. On-demand batching, daily batching & product scheduling are standard features.

Micro ML1 (Liquid)

The Micro ML1 is a bi-directional, single meter run, custody flow computer with an ultra-low power, 32-bit microprocessor. It is primarily used for Metering and Well Injection Testing.

Micro MS4 (Gas)

The Micro MS4 is a 32-bit, four (4) meter run, custody flow computer used for measuring natural gases and crude oil.

It utilizes an analog input or a Master Comm. Port to retrieve data from other meter runs for additional I/O’s. It may be connected to three (3) external multivariable transmitters or any other Dynamic Flow Computers to produce data for the four (4) meter runs. Stack DP’s may be used to increase the differential pressure range and performance.

Micro MVG (Gas)

The Micro MVG is a 32-bit, bi-directional, dual meter run flow computer used in custody measurement of a large selection of natural and industrial gases.

Dual streams with independent products can be measured, as well as a single stream with up to two (2) meter runs. A forward and reverse totalizer is established for the meter run using the DP signal or a digital input for direction indication.

Micro MP3 (Liquid)

The Micro MP3 is a bi-directional, triple stream, three (3) meter run, custody flow computer with an ultra-low power, 32-bit microprocessor. It primarily used for the measurement of liquids.

Micro ML4 (Liquid)

The Micro ML4 is a four (4) meter run, custody flow computer with an ultra-low power, 32-bit microprocessor used for measuring a large selection of liquids. Standard features include on-demand batching, daily batching and product scheduling.
