Gas Lift Optimization using E-Chart Flow Computer

Objectives

To provide the client with real-time and accurate monitor measurements for gas lift operation.

Solution

Geo Southern installed E-Chart Flow Computers at the Oro Negro refinery location on its gas lift operation. The meters were installed in a flowing/live condition resulting in no need to shut down the pipeline during installation/retraction operation.

• The E-Chart meters provided the client with continuous and accurate Gas measurements.
• The meters significantly provided the client with a cost-effective hot-tap installation method by eliminating shutdown or deferred production.
• With the integration of flow computer, monitoring total Gas production for entire wells allowed the client to optimize and proactively manage the Well production based on real-time data
